SEN. GRASSLEY: $150,000 TO UNIVERSITY OF IOWA FOR DRUG ABUSE, ADDICTION RESEARCH PROGRAMS
The office of Sen. Charles E. Grassley, R-Iowa, issued the following news release:
Senator Chuck Grassley today announced that the National Institute on Drug Abuse has awarded a $150,000 grant to the University of Iowa.
The University of Iowa will use the grant funds for drug abuse and addiction research programs. The grant will help pay for a project titled "miRNA-mediated modulation of neural progenitor cell fate."
