Cops say Marvina White was just 19 years old -- her daughter less than two weeks old -- when she was fatally victimized in a barrage of bullets from a vengeful drug dealer.
Police say the intended target was her boyfriend, Carlos Ibarra, a man whom cops believe got into a verbal altercation with suspected killer Guzman Badilla-Corona -- better known to Arizona Meth dealers as "Indio."
Authorities say Badilla-Corona -- also known as Valentine Guzman Machado -- and another man, Javier Juarez, followed Carlos and his family as they left a grocery store in Maricopa, Ariz. on October 21, 2003.
Officials believe Juarez pulled up alongside the unsuspecting family after they turned onto Casa Blanca Road and shot two bullets into the car.
Cops say Juarez then handed the gun to Badilla-Corona, who opened fire, shooting the young mother in the head. They say the two cars careened off the road and crashed.
Police say Badilla-Corona and Juarez tried to drive off in the banged up Kia, but fled on foot after the car wouldn't budge.
Authorities say they apprehended Juarez after a lengthy foot race through a local neighborhood.
Meanwhile, cops say Badilla-Corona vanished into the October night.
They believe Badilla-Corona left his wife and remarried, moving from Mexico back to Arizona near the Phoenix area.
Police: Badilla-Corona May Have Returned To Ariz.
Now, police are searching for the alleged gunman who they say cut the young mother's life short.
Authorities say Badilla-Corona stands at 5' and weighs approximately 160 lbs. They say he has also been known to use methamphetamines, having prior arrests for possession of crystal meth.
Cops also tell AMW that Badilla-Corona has been deported back to Mexico several times.
Police say Badilla-Corona was at one point in Magdalena, Mexico, as well as Caborca in the Mexican state of Sonora. They believe Badilla-Corona left his wife and remarried, moving from Mexico back to Arizona near the Phoenix area.
Cops say it's after this that the trail goes cold, and now they need your tips to put this accused killer behind bars.
