It was bad enough for a Colorado home owner to find a squatter clad only in his underwear in a home he had up for sale, but the man was allegedly running a Meth lab, too.
Timothy P. Gonzales, 24, was discovered by the unidentified home owner as an unauthorized resident when he went to inspect his Golden, Colorado, home that was for sale, police said.
Gonzale's car was first discovered in the garage, and upon further inspection, the owner found the uninvited guest in the house clad only in his underwear where and had been doing his laundry, taking showers and stocking the refrigerator.
The Associated Press reported:
Police say they also found materials used to make Methamphetamine on a work bench in the garage.
Gonzales was arrested on charges of suspicion of burglary, menacing, possession of burglary tools, possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest, police said.
He is being held on $50,000 bond, police said, and it is unknown at this time if he has retained an attorney.
