A 20-year-old Green Bay man was arrested Thursday night in North Dakota when police found about 110 pounds of Marijuana in a vehicle in which he was a passenger, the Bismarck (N.D.) Tribune reported.
Timothy J. Deviley and Ryan Steven Lee, 24, of Hayfork, Calif., are being held for possession of Marijuana with intent to deliver, a felony. Bond was set at $50,000 each.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the Marijuana was seized after the vehicle driven by Lee was stopped for speeding on eastbound Interstate 94 in Mandan, N.D., at about 7:30 p.m.
Officers became suspicious during the stop. A drug-sniffing dog was called to the scene and found the Marijuana in heat-sealed bags during a search of the vehicle.
