Two Montgomery, Alabama firefighters and one Prattville, Alabama firefighter appeared in federal court Tuesday on charges of conspiracy and intent to distribute the drug ecstasy.

No date has been set. Prattville, Alabama Fire Chief Stanley Gann said Boone's status with the department had not been decided on Tuesday afternoon. While photographs of suspects are routinely available at the Montgomery, Alabama Police Department, police officials would not release the photographs of these suspects Tuesday - citing the U.S. attorney's investigation.
