Wisconsin pair charged in crack cocaine bust
Lannon, Wisconsin - Village police arrested two Wisconsin Milwaukeeans July 26 for cocaine and drug paraphernalia possession and turned them over to Waukesha County, Wisconsin jailers that morning. Waukesha County, Wisconsin charged James Bauer, 37, and Tammy Miller, 34, on the misdemeanor charges two days later. Bauer pled not guilty to both charges, but Miller had not yet entered a plea as of press time. Lannon, Wisconsin police discovered the pair about 2:30 a.m. parked outside Green Acres Self Storage at W196 N7580 F&W Court, Wisconsin. Wisconsin police later learned that Miller had a key to a storage unit there, the Wisconsin police report said, and had thought it would be a convenient place to "light up." Although they had gotten high earlier that night, the report said, they never got the chance again. When Wisconsin police searched the pair's car, they discovered one metal and two glass pipes, a small copper wire, a metal tube the thickness of a knitting needle and a butane lighter - all commonly associated with crack cocaine use, Wisconsin police said - plus five "rocks" of what they said appeared to be crack cocaine, and a small quantity of white powder. |
